TO day's tips 1.0, INTRODUCTION It is a general rule that, the second hand or hearsay evidence is not admissible in the court of law. However, it has been argued that law is about peoples’ lives and as such, it has been consistently changing to keep pace with socio-economic development taking place in our societies. Under this fact, this general rule therefore, should not totally forestall importance of hearsay evidence.
